Program Qualifications
No | Program Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

  1. Develop into creative individuals with critical thinking and problem-solving skills who continuously renew their personal and professional growth, are sensitive to the environment, respect differences, and use their knowledge and skills for the benefit of humanity and their country.
  2. Serve the public interest by providing services that support the development of their city, assume an active role in education, research, and entrepreneurship, and are equipped with a sense of social responsibility and sensitivity to national issues.
  3. Contribute to science and the arts on a universal level, producing knowledge and technology with respect for ethical values; conduct interdisciplinary research and projects that prioritize university-society-industry collaboration to achieve high-quality education.
  4. Possess an understanding of social sciences, behavioral sciences, and humanities, which enables them to apply this knowledge to interpersonal and societal relations.
  5. Utilize knowledge in natural sciences, life sciences, mathematics, statistics, social, and behavioral sciences to interpret and evaluate data; identify and analyze problems within the scope of technological developments and conduct national and international research offering scientific solutions.
  6. Use strong communication and organizational skills for social and personal development in intercultural environments for professional and academic purposes; effectively express themselves in English in various written and spoken forms.
  7. Understand critical and theoretical approaches to literature, art, and language studies, enabling them to read, interpret, and evaluate literary texts as aesthetic works of cultural production and change.
  8. Grasp foundational aspects of Western culture, including mythology, classical and neo-classical art movements, and key events in Western history such as the Renaissance and Reformation, along with possessing in-depth knowledge of English literature’s periods, authors, and works.
  9. Gain knowledge of the linguistic features of English (phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic) and its historical development.
  10. Acquire knowledge of critical techniques and terminology and use these skills to analyze literary texts.
  11. Engage in activities that interpret and analyze literary works' character, time, setting, plot, perspectives, imagery, and themes.
